Oil Immersion Heaters ¤¤¤
 Tubular heating elements
sheeted in mild steel, it is suitable for fuel oil heating, quenching, and drinking
vegetable and mineral oils, oil circulation.
Finned Strip Heaters ¤¤¤
The fins are specially designed to provide maximum surface contact for good heat
dissipation into the finned cross section and is used in duct heating, space heaters,
drying ovens, food warmers shrinking tunnels, air heating, heat curing, dehumidifier etc.
Alkaline and Chemical Immersion Heaters ¤¤¤
Made out of S.S316L, it is used for heating alkaline solutions, wax, paraffin, solvent
vapor cleaning, salt baths, soft metal melting etc.
Custom Built Tubular Heating Elements ¤¤¤
Sealed metal sheeted tubular elements made out of chrome nickel steel tube, it is suitable
for efficient baking and curing of plants, plastic industries, domestic applications, high
vacuum applications etc.
Finned Tubular Heating Elements ¤¤¤
Finned tubular heating elements are enlarged by a strip in order to heat gases, these are
specifically designed for rapid and uniform heat transfer, for forced air heating, channel
air heaters for air conditioning and drying apparatus.
 Band, Cartridge and Strip Heaters ¤¤¤
» Mica Insulated Strip Heater
A specific, Nichrome or Kanthal ribbon wire is wound on specially selected mica strip,
providing even heat distribution for maximum heater life.
» Ceramic Insulated Channel Strip Heaters
Helically wound nichrome resistance wire is precisely strung through the ceramic insulator
and is then mechanically connected to screw terminals or lead wires for a strong positive
joint.
Use - These strip heaters are used in manufacturing ovens, hot plates, dies, molds drying,
melting, baking, food warmers, incubators, platens, welding and in preheating applications
like, air heating, sealing bars, thermoforming, tank heating etc.
Ceramic Insulated Band Heater ¤¤¤
Ceramic band heaters design consist of a helically wound resistance coil made from 80/20
nichrome wire are suitable to apply heat by conduction to cylindrical surfaces, barrels,
dies.
Porcelain heater ¤¤¤
Open helical coils of high resistance are used and wires are stretched and laid through
fluted refractory bobbins. these are suitable for heating large quantities of liquids and
water solutions alkaline fuel oil, mineral oil and chemicals.
Mica Band & Nozzle Heaters ¤¤¤
Mica Band heater is a proven design for good life efficiency and dependability for heating
the nozzles of injection molding machines. low cost electrical heating of plastic
processing, rubber vulcanizing, drums, barrels, cylinders etc
Cartridge Heaters ¤¤¤
 Cartridge heaters are designed for moderate
watt density with shock & vibration resistance and is used for heating of manifolds,
heating of dies, heating of platens, packaging machines, injection molding machine,
extrusion machines.
Thermocouples & RTDs ¤¤¤
Thermocouple is best suited to high temperatures environmental extremes or applications
requiring microscopic size sensors and is suitable for measuring the temperature through
electronic temperature controller indicator.
